Hapka or Hapke is a stripped ruby colored red delicious variety, which was originated in Italy. It’s a non spur variety with a strong vigor similar to standard red delicious apple tree. The variety was introduced in Himachal in 2015-16 which is now getting popularity at the higher elevation apple orchards
